The print was set with bubble behind the “beleba” and the shirt was also too big. I have ordred size L every year everyrime it fits perfect but this time its way to big

Great Design, Lackluster Quality Control

The design of this jersey is fantastic, looks great and I really enjoy the small details throughout. Paid extra for the Premier League official badges and one of the arm badges arrived only halfway attached to the shirt. These jerseys are already wildly overpriced, would be great if they spent some of the profits on ensuring a quality, finished product is going out.

Appalling Customer Service

Can’t comment on the quality of the jersey itself as it was not delivered. After a month of back and forth with the appalling customer service that does not understand how to communicate, I still have not received a replacement or a refund. Would be quicker to walk to the Old Trafford mega store from my home in Telford than getting a response from the customer service team who when they can actually be bothered to reply keep palming me off with generic replies to stall things.
