Really poorly packaged. No protection for collectors’ item. Placed in a plastic bag with some paper.

Really inadequate packaging for a what is a delicate collectors item. This was a gift but due to the lack of protection during delivery the corners of the items display box are damaged. No care taken to ensure the item was delivered in new condition as expected of such a purchase. Really disappointed in the lack of care and attention meaning a gift had to be presented damaged.

Tried to return it

Bought an Old Trafford turf cube, but my return request was rejected. Apparently, it’s the last remaining piece of evidence that United were once a big club. Lovely product, though. A small patch of grass preserved in a box — finally, something from Old Trafford that can hold its shape for 90 minutes.

Who’s job was the packaging

The box came incredibly beat up. Probably because it wasn’t durable enough, no bubble wrap, used office tape to keep together. Box was messed up, block was scratched. Pretty disappointing as my wife and I spent 4,000$ for hospitality for the man united vs Liverpool game. Owners should do better, GGMU
